Sweet and Sassy Sisters Boutique strives to have excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item, incorrect item(s), or are missing items in your order, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. Exceptions can not be made if you've had the item(s) in your possession for a longer period, if the items have been washed or if they have been worn.
If you need to return an item for any other reason, simply enclose a return form along with the item(s) you are returning. Once the return is processed we will email you with the details. Returns are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving your items. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If the item was defective or incorrect item, SASS Boutique will cover the cost of the return shipping. Please contact us to receive a return label.
Returns are processed as store credit (cost of item minus original shipping cost). If you would like to exchange the item, SASS Boutique recommends purchasing the new item under a new order then we will refund the payment upon receiving the return item. Refunds may be granted in the event of a defective or incorrect item. In order to be eligible for store credit, returns must be postmarked with seven (7) days of the date your order was delivered.
Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must still be attached. Signs of wear, smell of smoke, or animal hair will void the return policy and make the items non-returnable. If the return is rejected for a voided return policy the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to the customer or it will be donated to a local charity.
Sale/clearance items, leggings, undergarments, and custom items (monogrammed, embroidered, or vinyl) are final sale and non-returnable.
Shipping cost is non-returnable.
Footwear must be returned in the original undamaged box and placed in a shipping box.
We photograph each item and do our best to capture accurate colors and patterns. However, items that appear to have a slight variance will not be considered defective because some items may be slightly different due to pattern placement, color tones, or viewing device.

For orders under $75.00, shipping will be determined by the total weight of the package.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays).
All shipping is sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
